This pattern instructs you on how to sew up a Bell Crinoline Skirt and Petticoat in three lengths.

Create a Bell Crinoline for your Pantomime Dame, Theatrical or CosPlay Costume in one of three lengths - short (just below the knee), 3/4 length and ankle length - with petticoats to match.

Instructions are given to create the Crinoline and Petticoat separately or quick rigged together for ease of performance.

This pattern has been graded to three sizes - Large, X-Large and XX-Large, however; the pattern is also marked with lengthening and shorten lines, and instructions are included to adjust for size and fit.
